This one's a bit different, and that's entirely the point.

The body is Buckeye Burl — one of the most visually arresting timbers you'll find anywhere. Dark, almost brooding chocolate brown laced with those unmistakable veins of burnt orange and gold that look less like wood grain and more like something geological; lava cooling, or a topographic map of somewhere dramatic. Buckeye Burl is prized precisely because it behaves like no other wood, and under a good finish the figuring genuinely glows.

The cap is where things get really interesting. A hand-cast dual core resin in deep forest green, black and white — swirling and layered in a way that somehow manages to feel both wild and perfectly balanced alongside the burl body. The contrast between the organic warmth of the wood and the cool, glittering depth of the resin is striking without feeling like a mismatch. They were made for each other, even if nature and chemistry had to collaborate to make it happen.

Chrome fittings throughout, and that gorgeous 14KGP nib sitting proud on top — substantial and beautifully finished, it means business.
