Lava Wave Kirinite — Kenilworth II Rollerball

There's nothing subtle about Lava Wave, and it doesn't pretend to be.

Kirinite is already one of the most visually striking acrylic resin materials around — developed in the USA and cast in relatively small batches, it has a depth and clarity that sets it apart from ordinary blanks. Lava Wave takes that quality and turns the drama up considerably. Deep, translucent crimson swirling through bold black formations that catch the light like cooling magma — you can see right into the material, which gives it an almost three-dimensional quality as the pen rotates in your hand. In direct light those red tones absolutely blaze; in softer light the black takes over and the whole thing becomes something altogether more brooding.

The Kenilworth II is a satisfying pen to hold — well-proportioned, comfortable in the hand, with a smooth rollerball action that makes it an effortless everyday writer. Chrome fittings throughout give it a clean, sharp edge that works perfectly against the raw energy of the resin; no competition, just contrast.

This is the kind of pen that ends up on someone's desk as a conversation piece and then never leaves their hand.

Fitted with a quality rollerball refill, ready to write straight away.

Entirely handmade in the West Midlands using genuine Kirinite acrylic.
