Some pens are made from one special material. This one couldn't choose, so we used two — and honestly, why wouldn't you?

The barrel and cap are hand-turned using a segmented design that alternates rich panels of chechen burl with sections of genuine Jeep fordite, and the contrast between the two is just stunning. The chechen glows with that deep, honeyed amber warmth — all swirling figure and natural character that you only ever get from burl — while the fordite panels cut through with bold, graphic layers of black and white, those compressed strata of automotive paint carrying decades of factory history inside them. Side by side they shouldn't work, and yet they really, really do.

Chrome fittings throughout give a clean, contemporary finish, with a delicate gold-engraved centre band adding just a whisper of warmth right at the join. The bullet-style tip tops it off with purposeful, satisfying weight.
