Captured in Wood

Every pen in this collection began life somewhere extraordinary. As a travel and landscape photographer, I roam some of the world's most remarkable places — Patagonia, Tuscany, Namibia, the Scottish Highlands — and wherever I go, I keep an eye out for wood with a story. Salvaged timber, local hardwoods, offcuts from craftspeople met along the way. Back in the workshop, that material becomes a pen. So when you hold one, you're not just holding a beautifully turned piece of wood — you're holding a little piece of somewhere. Each destination has its own collection, each pen its own origin story.
